In 2014, I began a blog, Bash On Regardless, to help me process the experience of divorce as a Christian.  110 entries took me from married to divorced and from Los Angeles to the South of England where I moved with my children in 2016.

In 2017 I began a second blog, And Then She Was Free, to help me process what this newfound "freedom" actually involves.  It's not uncomplicated and it's - for sure - not for sissies. Whew, who knew?

When I'm not writing, I coach people in public speaking (www.josiegammell.com). I live in Surrey with my two children and three ridiculously adoring dogs.
